Administrative Assistant
Position Summary:
Responsible for Administrative duties to proactively assist the CEO/President and VP of Operations initiatives to meet operational, organization and strategic goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain catalog files and books
- Manage Travel arrangements for company executives
- Adjust pricing in system as requested by CEO/President
- Maintain audits and department reports for VP of Operations
- Prepare agendas, attend, & distribute summaries at meetings as requested
- Maintain calendar for CEO/President & VP of Operations
- Coordinate maintenance and repair issues for building when needed
- Data entry and analysis as requested
- Other general administrative duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- High degree of organizational efficiency
- Ability to prioritize high-profile issues while managing job responsibilities
- Understands the impact of inventory levels on company and customer
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Above average mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to get results by working with others
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Team player
