Administrative Assistant


Position Summary:

Responsible for Administrative duties to proactively assist the CEO/President and VP of Operations initiatives to meet operational, organization and strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain catalog files and books
  • Manage Travel arrangements for company executives
  • Adjust pricing in system as requested by CEO/President
  • Maintain audits and department reports for VP of Operations
  • Prepare agendas, attend, & distribute summaries at meetings as requested
  • Maintain calendar for CEO/President & VP of Operations
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair issues for building when needed
  • Data entry and analysis as requested
  • Other general administrative duties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High degree of organizational efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize high-profile issues while managing job responsibilities
  • Understands the impact of inventory levels on company and customer
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Above average mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to get results by working with others
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Team player
